No. You own the system, the documentation, and the credentials. The retainer is a schedule, not a dependency, and it can stop without the system stopping.
What does it cost?
Scoped to the system and the cadence, quoted after the build. We do not publish a flat monthly price because the honest number depends on what we are maintaining.
